It has been a constant battle with Prestige Payment Systems. I have been charged fees when my contract explicitly notes that no fee(s) should be charged.
I have made numerous calls and the employees are very nice, but nothing ever gets done; they nicely lie to you. It is now 4 months and I keep getting the same message each time I call them. "We will look into it." "I'm sorry this is taking so long." This is total BS. I believe they just keep giving you the same message, until you get tired and give up calling.
There must be something a consumer can do about this; it is so unfair. Do not believe anything they say.
