They make a lot of promises and don't keep them. Customer service is very poor.

They can't even program their machines correctly. My whole experience with them has been based on lies and dishonesty. I caution everybody to stay away from them. I had a 90 day free trial and they are refusing to even honor it.

Now they claim that the lease is separate from the processing and won't let me out of it. My promised savings of 40% has resulted in a 30% increase in costs.

And I have not seen any bit of their promised buyout of my old contract.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: tear up my contract including the lease portion of it an go away forever..

They give it to you after 90 days to show that you are going to be processing with them and not just taking the money and running.
